Email us pictures of the damaged lace front wig to sales@mytresses.com. We will let you know within 3 business days if the wig can be repaired.

If the wig can be repaired we will send you mailing instruction and you may pay on the website for the repairs. If we authorize a repair and it looks different than the picture we received we have a right to refuse repair service. You will be billed for shipping.
Special Note: A repair service is NOT a promise to replace the wig with a new wig or any other item. If the wig cannot be repaired, it will be returned to you |
