Standard Warranty:
All Lace front wigs are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective lace front wig it should be returned immediately to us before it is combed, styled or cut in anyway. We will provide a free repair or replacement as soon as possible.
Color Exchange Program for In Stock Lace Front Wigs:
In stock lace front wigs that are sold from our inventory can be returned only if uncombed, and uncut, for an exchange of color of equal value. If you exchange a wig for greater value you will have to pay the difference. You will also pay for shipping and handling for the replacement lace front wig.
Low Cost Exchange Program:
We will exchange any lace front wig, for any reason, within 14 days, one time only for $169, even if it is cut, combed, or ruined. If you have bad luck with it, we want to help you. Even if you just don't like what you ordered, we'll exchange it.
Stock to Custom Exchange:
If you purchase a stock lace front wig and decide that you want to return it, you can exchange it for a custom made wig for a $169 Exchange Fee.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds only exchanges.
